It’s the perfect summer/beach/vacation/rainy day read.Emily Henry is now an auto-buy author for me. Marjorie goes from gluing labels onto cereal boxes in the barn to becoming American royalty. Her father is sick and hospitalized, and from that, discovers cereal and winds up building an empire. Alex is a new fav and all I’ll shout is “WAKE UP POPPY!” The book begins with her childhood, growing up in humble Battle Creek, Michigan. I was at the 50% mark when I started it again and couldn’t stop until I got to the end. PWMOV also kept me up WAY past my bedtime…1:30 a.m. Now back to our regularly scheduled program:Īfter reading my review for Beach Read again, I realized I was met with a similar reading experience.
